Product and account questions
Email hello@nitti.ai for anything about the workspace, your organisation, billing, or the data in your tables. Including the organisation name and the page or table you were on lets us answer in one round.
A connected AI client
For a ChatGPT, Claude, or other MCP client connected to https://api.nitti.ai/v1/mcp, the MCP guide covers connecting, disconnecting, and the common errors. If it does not, email us with the client you are using, the tool that failed, and the time of the failed call in UTC.
Never send an access token, a refresh token, or an API key. We do not need one to investigate, and anything you send us would have to be treated as compromised and revoked.
Security reports
Email hello@nitti.ai with “Security” in the subject line. Describe what you found and how to reproduce it. We will acknowledge the report and tell you what we are doing about it. Please give us a reasonable window to ship a fix before publishing.
Your personal data
Nitti indexes documents that public bodies have already published, so people and organisations appear in it without being Nitti users. The Privacy Policy explains what we process and what you can ask for. Requests go to the same address.
Where a source document itself is wrong, the correction has to come from the body that published it; tell us and we will update our copy once it does.
